The moment you open your eyes, you could hear the cheerful sound of the birds...when you open the window, a mesmerizing view awaits to captivate you...
The wild ducks already waiting patiently and you could see the swans swimming gracefully towards you…waiting to be fed...a great beauty you will never forget your whole life! Just sitting under the maple tree sipping your coffee slowly...smoking the cigarettes and puff away the memories of the plastic and hectic city life for a while...ahhh! What a pleasure...what a life...it’s paradise!
This is the place where the poets will find solace...the painters and the photographers will awe in admiration. This is the place definitely only for someone who loves nature. The place on the top ten under my wish list...Alhamdulillah I made it!
On the day before I left, I woke up early than usual just to say goodbye to Hallstatt and to snap some photos. InsyaAllah, I could go there again if I really wanted to, but the names of places I wanted to visit is endless under my wish list...Ahhh! If only I’m so darn rich! Well for now...only time will tell!

MY PRECIOUS FRIENDS...

Got an E-mail from a good friend yesterday, he won second prize in the Blackwood Rotary Art Show and I’m so happy for him. He’s in Adelaide for almost two years now...God, I miss him so much! I miss listening to his guitar & singing...I miss everything about him.
Another good friend MMS & teased me that he’s at the Alte Donau...he’s making me drool cause he knew that this "Hippo" love water so much..."Satan" I grumbled to myself...I’m going to MMS him pictures of myself eating his favorite dish..."Tahu Goreng" which he can’t get in Vienna and let his saliva drool, hahaha.
Just a few days ago one of my closest friend suggested that I should follow her to catch some crabs because the water is very nice...imagine! At 11.00p.m, my friend still wanted to go out and catch some crabs! Well...these are the kinds of friends I have. Two of them I have known for about 25 years and the others...most of my life! I love and care for them so much, they're so precious to me...anyway I don't have so much friends after all. Tonight I am going to see the other “crazy friends” in J.B where I always spend my weekend...

THREE MINUTES MANAGEMENT LESSONS...

Lesson One:
An eagle was sitting on a tree resting, doing nothing. A small rabbit saw the eagle and asked him, 'Can I also sit like you and do nothing?' The eagle answered: 'Sure, why not.' So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the eagle and rested. All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it.
Management Lesson: To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up.
Lesson Two:
A turkey was chatting with a bull. 'I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree,' sighed the turkey. 'But I haven't got the energy.' 'Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?' replied the bull. 'They're packed with nutrients.' The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and found it actually gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally after a fourth night, the turkey was proudly perched at the top of the tree. He was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot him out of the tree.
Management Lesson: Bullshit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there.
Lesson Three:
A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field. While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him. As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was. The dung was actually thawing him out! He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy. A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate. Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.
Management Lesson:
(1) Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy.
(2) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend.
(3) And when you're in deep shit, it's best to keep your mouth shut!

BELACAN OF BELACAN!
My trip to Europe is coming up soon but I’m worried about the food. I’m going to miss the ‘sambal’ and rice…sure hope to get some Muslim food there that suit my taste. I'm 101% Malay you know!
I can’t survive for long without rice!
I’ll die without chilies...I'm going to miss the 'Blacan' most of all!

HERBS: I’M A USER AND A BELIEVER!
Misai Kucing Or Cat's Whisker,
Makes A Handsome Ornamental Plants
Dried Leaves Using Microwave.
Local Name: Misai Kucing
Scientific Name: Orthosiphon Aristatus
Medicinal uses:
For Hypertension, Diabetes, Arthritic, Rheumatism and Gout. Also said to be useful remedy for kidney stones.
Tea made from the leaves has diuretic properties, which are very useful for flushing the kidneys and urinary tract. It helps eliminate excess salt and uric acid.
For those who are on their feet all day or sit at the computer most of the time, drinking herbal tea made from Misai Kucing will help to alleviate the swollen feet due to water retention. It works for me:))
You can make your own homemade herbal tea by drying the leaves directly under the sun or in the microwave oven. You can also blend the dried leaves if you like and keep it in airtight container for further use. Just use a strainer if you want to make some tea or just soak a few leaves in hot water and drink it while it still warm or cold. For those who are very busy…just buy it!
N.B: Please don’t try to do it yourself IF you are not sure about the plants.
After all what’s effective for me might not be effective for others. It’s better to consult your physician if you are in doubt or pregnant. Me? I’m a user and a believer!
